At Exercere, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
